for Bangladesh Players

1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "tkabt", "we", "us", "our" refers to the tkabt platform and the operating entity behind it.
• "Platform" refers to the tkabt website accessible at tkabt.io, including all pages, features, services, games, and betting markets.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who registers for or uses a tkabt account.
• "Account" refers to the registered user profile created by a Player on the Platform.
• "BDT" refers to Bangladeshi Taka, the currency in which all tkabt transactions are denominated.
• "Balance" refers to the total BDT funds held in a Player's tkabt account at any point in time.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits, free bet amounts, or any non-cash value added to a Player's account as part of a tkabt promotion.
• "KYC" refers to the Know Your Customer identity verification process required under tkabt's compliance procedures.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it may be withdrawn as cash.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" refers to any country or territory from which access to or use of the Platform is restricted or forbidden under applicable law.

2 Acceptance of Terms

2.1 By accessing the tkabt Platform, registering an Account, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the tkabt Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

2.2 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and tkabt with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

2.3 tkabt reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

3 Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register a tkabt account. tkabt strictly enforces this requirement. Players found to be under the age of 21 will have their accounts closed immediately, all winnings forfeited, and any deposited funds returned where legally permissible.

3.2 One Account Policy. Each individual may hold only one tkabt account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is a material breach of these Terms. tkabt uses KYC procedures, device fingerprinting, and IP monitoring to detect duplicate accounts. Upon detection, all associated accounts will be suspended and all balances may be forfeited.

3.3 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at registration. This includes your legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid mobile number associated with your preferred payment method (such as bKash or Nagad). Providing false information constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account termination.

3.4 KYC Verification. tkabt may require identity verification at any time, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, following unusual account activity, or as part of ongoing compliance checks. Documents commonly requested include a valid National ID card, passport, or birth certificate, along with proof of payment method ownership. Accounts where KYC is not completed within the requested timeframe may be suspended.

3.5 Account Registration is Personal. Your tkabt account is strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not allow any other person to use your account, and you may not use another person's account under any circumstances.

4 Account Security

4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tkabt account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party.

4.2 tkabt strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. This feature is available in your account security settings and provides an additional layer of protection against unauthorised access.

4.3 If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify tkabt's support team immediately via live chat. tkabt will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, suspend the account pending investigation.

4.4 tkabt will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from tkabt requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

4.5 tkabt cannot be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials, except where such losses result directly from tkabt's negligence or wilful misconduct.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. tkabt accepts deposits in BDT via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit under standard account conditions, though tkabt may apply limits as part of responsible gaming controls or compliance requirements.

Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your tkabt balance within 60 seconds of confirmation. Deposits via bank transfer may take up to 30 minutes depending on the issuing bank's processing times. tkabt does not charge a deposit fee; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 2 business hours; during peak periods, processing may take up to 24 hours.

tkabt reserves the right to request additional verification documents before approving any withdrawal. Withdrawals will not be processed until all applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds have been met. Cash funds that have not been mixed with active bonus funds may be withdrawn at any time subject to the minimum withdrawal threshold.

5.3 Declined Transactions

tkabt may decline a deposit or withdrawal in circumstances including but not limited to: suspected fraudulent activity, unverified account identity, payment method not matching account name, or failure to meet wagering requirements. In all cases, tkabt will notify the Player via their registered contact details and outline the steps required to resolve the issue.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 All sports bets placed on tkabt, including cricket, football, kabaddi, and other markets, are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type. These rules are published within the relevant betting market on the Platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

6.2 tkabt reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: obvious pricing errors, data feed failures, match abandonment, or evidence that the outcome was known at the time of bet placement. Voided bets are refunded to the Player's account balance.

6.3 All casino and live casino game outcomes on tkabt are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems or by live dealer procedures governed by the relevant game provider (including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe). tkabt does not manipulate game outcomes and does not have access to override RNG results.

6.4 In the event of a technical failure during a game or bet that prevents the outcome from being properly recorded, tkabt will make every reasonable effort to honour the bet at the point of interruption. Where this is not technically possible, the affected stake will be refunded to the Player's account.

6.5 In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time based on real-time match events. tkabt does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific market and is not liable for any inability to place a bet due to market suspension.

7 Prohibited Conduct

7.1 The following actions are strictly prohibited on the tkabt Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Creating more than one account, whether under the same identity or a different identity.
• Providing false or misleading information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not sanctioned by tkabt.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or betting market to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any systematic approach designed to circumvent the risk model of tkabt's sportsbook.
• Using funds sourced from illegal activities or using the Platform for money laundering or any financial crime.
• Allowing a third party to use your account, or using a third party's account.
• Colluding with other players in poker or any multiplayer game format available on the Platform.
• Threatening, abusing, or harassing tkabt staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access another player's account or any non-public part of the Platform's technical infrastructure.

7.2 tkabt employs automated systems and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Upon detection of any of the above, tkabt may immediately suspend or permanently close the offending account, void all bets and game results associated with the prohibited conduct, and retain any funds in the account pending investigation.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

8.1 tkabt offers various promotions to Bangladesh players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer.

8.2 Wagering Requirements. All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the promotion-specific terms. Standard wagering requirements on tkabt range from 15x to 35x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion type.

8.3 Bonus Eligibility. A Player is eligible to claim a specific promotion only once unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise. Players who have previously self-excluded are not eligible for promotional bonuses during any self-exclusion period or cooling-off period.

8.4 Abuse of Bonuses. tkabt reserves the right to withhold or reclaim bonus funds where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has claimed a bonus in bad faith, in breach of the promotion terms, or as part of a systematic bonus exploitation strategy. This includes but is not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times.

8.5 Expiry of Bonus Funds. Unless stated otherwise in the relevant promotion terms, bonus funds that are not wagered within 30 calendar days of being credited will expire automatically and be removed from the Player's account balance.

9 Responsible Gaming

9.1 tkabt is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among all Bangladesh players. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment and should never be viewed as a method of generating income or resolving financial difficulties.

9.2 Self-Exclusion. Any Player may request a self-exclusion period at any time through their account settings or by contacting tkabt's support team. Self-exclusion periods are available in durations of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, and permanent. During a self-exclusion period, the Player's account is suspended, and tkabt will take reasonable steps to prevent the creation of any new accounts by the same individual.

9.3 Deposit Limits. Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts at any time. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before taking effect. Requests to decrease a limit take effect immediately.

9.4 Age Verification & Minor Protection. tkabt operates a strict 21+ policy. Players are responsible for ensuring that minors do not access their devices, accounts, or funds. tkabt recommends the use of parental control software on all shared devices.

9.5 The tkabt Responsible Gaming Policy, which forms part of these Terms, provides further detail on all available tools and resources. Players who believe their gambling may be causing harm are encouraged to visit the Responsible Gaming page or contact support immediately.

10 Intellectual Property

10.1 All content on the tkabt Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the exclusive property of tkabt or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

10.2 You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Platform, including game interfaces, odds data, or sporting event data, without express written permission from tkabt.

10.3 The tkabt name, logo, and associated brand identifiers are proprietary marks of tkabt. Use of these marks in any context not expressly authorised by tkabt is strictly prohibited.

11 Privacy & Data

11.1 tkabt collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

11.2 tkabt implements 256-bit SSL encryption across all pages of the Platform. Player financial data is processed through secure, certified payment gateways. tkabt does not store full card numbers or mobile banking PINs on its servers.

11.3 tkabt may share your personal data with third parties only where required to fulfil its legal obligations, process payments, conduct KYC verification, or investigate fraudulent activity. tkabt does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

12 Limitation of Liability

12.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tkabt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

12.2 tkabt's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of BDT deposited by that Player into their tkabt account in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.3 tkabt does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance windows and unplanned technical outages may occur. tkabt will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where possible.

12.4 tkabt is not responsible for any telecommunications network failures, power outages, or hardware malfunctions on the Player's side that result in a disruption to a bet or game session.

13 Suspension & Termination

13.1 tkabt reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, including in circumstances where: a breach of these Terms is identified; the account is associated with fraudulent, criminal, or prohibited activity; KYC verification is not completed within a reasonable timeframe; or tkabt determines that continuing to provide services to that Player presents a compliance or reputational risk.

13.2 Upon account suspension, the Player's access to the Platform will be restricted. tkabt will communicate the reason for suspension and the steps required to reinstate the account, where reinstatement is possible.

13.3 Upon permanent account closure, any verified cash balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their most recently used verified payment method within 10 business days.

13.4 A Player may close their own account at any time by contacting tkabt's support team via live chat. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 48 hours. Players are encouraged to consider a self-exclusion period as an alternative to full account closure if their concern relates to gambling behaviour.

14 Amendments

14.1 tkabt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. All amendments will be published on the tkabt Platform with an updated effective date.

14.2 Where an amendment materially affects Players' rights or obligations, tkabt will provide notice via the Player's registered contact information at least 7 days before the amendment takes effect, where reasonably practicable.

14.3 Your continued use of the Platform following publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 13.4.

15 Governing Law

15.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be construed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved by good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration.

15.2 tkabt operates as a safe and reliable platform providing entertainment services to Bangladesh players. tkabt does not make any specific claims regarding regulatory approval from any particular governmental body and does not purport to hold a specific Bangladeshi government licence number.

15.3 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable law that cannot be contractually waived.
